Purify Your Home Spell

You will need:
A Witches broom
Sticks of frankincense incense
White sage smudge sticks
A pink candle
A wreath of pink or white roses

Dress in White

Close all the windows and doors, light the incense and smudge sticks and walk from room to room fanning the smoke with your hand and intoning:
"Begone Begone to the past that dwells here
Begone Begone spirits and ghosts
It's time for you to move on away
Farewell Farewell Farewell"

When every room has been doused with smoke open all the windows and doors and 'sweep' out the smoke with the broom. Don't let the broom touch the floor. When the air is clear set the candle up with the wreath around it in the heart of the home (maybe the fireplace or where the sad vibes felt the strongest.)

Leave the candle burning all night in recognition of the spirits that have left and so if they look back they will know they don't need to return because their memory is honored there.

In the morning snuff the candle and bury it and the flowers under a tree.

Rid Negativity &  Accidents in the Home Spell

You will need:
dried spearmint
rosemary
thyme
sea salt
Epsom salts

In a big bucket, mix equal quantities of all of the above during the waxing moon. As you do you this chant:
"Herbs of luck sublime
cleanse this home of mine
Good fortune bless this place
so we dwell with happy face"

In the morning before you go to work sprinkle the mixture all over the floors of the house. When you get home sweep it all up (or if you vacuum use a brand new bag).

The herbs will have absorbed the negative energy so take the mixture outside and burn it and then turn earth over it. Burning is important, don't just bury or throw in the bin.

Selling Your Home Spell

Chip a little of the front door step off and wrap in a twenty dollar note. Bury this in front of the front door step or place under the front doormat so that potential buyers have to step over it as they enter the house. It will help them think about buying.

A candle spell you can do is to take a green candle and carve five notches in it with a pin. Anoint with black pepper oil and each night for five nights burn the candle down to each notch as you say:
"Fire speed my goal to me
My house is sold easily"

By the sixth day someone will have made an offer.

To help in buying a new house, keep a round glass bowl with to gold coloured goldfish. Fish encourage abundance and the fertility of good luck. In this case the person wanted to buy the new house they were renting. Keeping goldfish there will help that happen.

Also it's worth noting that if you are living in the house you are wanting to sell, keep two goldfish in a bowl near the front door - it will encourage buyers to be interested in the house.
